Ritesh Kumar, a resident of Samastipur district, runs a popular shop near Mali Nagar School in Kalyanpur where he sells delicious aloo pakodas. The taste of these pakodas is so irresistible that people become crazy for them. Ritesh sells around 20 kilograms of aloo pakodas every day, and this is his primary business. The process of making these pakodas involves boiling and cutting the potatoes, frying them in oil with various spices, and then serving them to customers.

The aloo pakodas prepared here are extremely tasty due to the use of multiple spices. Ritesh boils the potatoes first and then cuts them into small pieces. He fries the potatoes in oil along with cumin seeds and bay leaves. Then, he adds onions, garlic, ginger, chillies, and other spices to the mix. After adding turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala, meat masala, kasuri methi, and other spices, the pakodas are ready to be served.

Ritesh’s shop is open for only three hours, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Each aloo pakoda is priced at just 5 rupees and is popular among people from far and wide due to its delicious taste. Ritesh takes great pride in his business and is known for his mouthwatering aloo pakodas.

समस्तीपुर जिले के कल्याणपुर के मलीनगर स्कूल के समीप आपको आलू पकौड़ा खाने का मौका मिलेगा। यहां पर अजय आलू का पकौड़ा बेचते हैं, जिसका स्वाद बहुत ही मजेदार होता है। प्रतिदिन 20 किलो आलू का पकौड़ा इस दुकान से बिक जाता है। इसके लिए आलू को उबाला, छोटे टुकड़े किये जाते हैं और फिर तेल में फ्राई किया जाता है। इसमें विभिन्न मसालों का उपयोग किया जाता है। दुकान का समय सिर्फ तीन घंटे के लिए होता है, जिसमें आलू के पकौड़े को बेचा जाता है। यहां एक पकौड़ा मात्र 5 रुपए में मिलता है और इसका स्वाद भी बहुत ही अच्छा होता है। लोग इसे बड़े दूर से खाने के लिए आते हैं।
