Campaigning in Betiya
Central Home Minister Amit Shah will be addressing a public meeting in Betiya today at Ramna Maidan. He will be appealing to the people to vote for BJP candidate Sanjay Jaiswal. The meeting is scheduled for 3 pm and will also be attended by Deputy CMs Sushil Modi and Vijay Sinha. The venue has a water-proof German hangar set up to accommodate 50,000 people.
Security Arrangements
Strict security arrangements have been made to ensure the safety of the attendees at Shah’s rally. After addressing the gathering, Shah will leave for Delhi at 5 pm. The next phase of voting in West Champaran is scheduled for May 25th. This is Shah’s second rally in three days, following his speeches in Madhubani and Sitamarhi last Thursday.
Key Points from Previous Speech
During his speech in Sitamarhi, Shah promised to build a grand temple for Sita Mata, claiming only Narendra Modi can accomplish this. He also took aim at Lalu, Tejashwi, and the Congress. Shah’s speech lasted approximately 18 minutes, focusing on the party’s vision and goals for the region.
