Good news for travelers! A new train called the Amrit Bharat Express has started running between Sealdah in Kolkata and Banaras. Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched this service, and it will connect two important religious sites, Kashi Vishwanath and Deoghar.

This train will operate three days a week, making it easier for people to travel for religious purposes. Passengers have long requested this service, and the Indian Railways has now fulfilled that demand by providing modern amenities on this route.

The Amrit Bharat Express, with train number 22587, will leave Sealdah every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 7:30 PM. It will reach Banaras the next morning at 7:20 AM, stopping at key stations like Durgapur, Asansol, and Patna along the way.

For the return journey, train number 22588 will depart from Banaras at 10:10 PM and arrive back at Sealdah by 6:17 AM the next day. This train is equipped with 16 modern coaches for the comfort of all passengers, making their journey smooth and enjoyable.

This new service not only provides a direct route for devotees but also ensures affordable travel options. With reduced travel times and better facilities, it’s a great step forward for those visiting these sacred places.
