Announcement of Spot Enrollment in Undergraduate First Semester Session 2024-28
With the announcement of spot enrollment in the session 2024-28, some colleges and students were trying to take advantage of the portal glitch. Based on the selection letters downloaded, Lalit Narayan Mithila University administration, under the guidance of Dr. Vijay Kumar Yadav, the Student Welfare President, directed colleges to match the downloaded selection letters from the website and dashboard before allowing enrollment in the spot round.
Technical Glitches and Preparation for Sports Enrollment
Due to the benefit of the portal glitch, students were receiving information to download more selection letters than the vacancies from all districts. However, special preparation was being made for such sports in Begusarai. The date for spot enrollment has been extended until August 10, causing distress among students for the past few days.
Online Enrollment Process and Portal Glitches
The online enrollment process started on the portal from July 29 in various colleges. The portal was only operational for 2 hours on the first day, followed by technical issues. Subsequently, on July 30 and 31, the portal was completely shut down 1 to 2 hours after opening. After the slow pace of the portal, the Student Welfare President immediately issued a notice to suspend enrollment on August 1.
Extension of Enrollment Date and Uncertainty
After rectifying the portal, the enrollment date was extended until August 10. Although the portal is now functioning, college administrators are not ensuring enrollment beyond the available seats due to the excessive download of selection letters.
सत्र 2024-28 में स्नातक प्रथम सेमेस्टर के लिए आन स्पॉट नामांकन की घोषणा के साथ ही विभिन्न कॉलेजों में गड़बड़ी की समस्या उठी। ललित नारायण मिथिला विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने इस मामले को ध्यान में रखते हुए कॉलेजों को निर्देश दिया कि वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड किए गए चयन पत्र और डैशबोर्ड पर अंकित नाम का मिलान करने के बाद ही नामांकन की अनुमति दी जाए। इसके बाद नामांकन में खेल का बड़ा मंसूबा पाले बिचौलियों की मंशा पर पानी फिर गया है। तिथि को विस्तारित करके अब पोर्टल काम कर रहा है, लेकिन सीट से अधिक चयन पत्र डाउनलोड होने की बात कहकर कॉलेज के प्रशासक नामांकन सुनिश्चित नहीं कर रहे हैं।
