Initiative to Solve Drainage Problem in Ara City
An initiative has been taken in Bihar’s Ara city to address the issue of clogged dirty water. The plan involves the construction of drainage systems throughout the city at a cost of 74 crores. The company Budhko has started the ground-breaking ceremony for the Stream Water Drainage System as part of ambitious plans to tackle this pressing issue.
Construction of Drainage System in Ara City
Most cities in Bihar face the problem of sewage and rainwater accumulation, including Ara city. To tackle this issue, the Bihar government and Budhko company have collaborated to implement a 74 crore drainage system project. The project includes the construction of major drains spanning approximately 14 kilometers across the city, along with the establishment of two drainage pumping stations (DPS).
Development of Stream Water Drainage System
Two DPS have been constructed to implement the Stream Water Drainage System in Ara city. The first DPS will cover the area from Dhobi Ghatwa to Anait Mathiya up to Godhana Road. The second DPS will extend from Mal Godam to Mahavir Sthan ★Navada Chowk, reaching Gangi River. This comprehensive project aims to alleviate the complex drainage issues in the city and provide relief to the residents.
बिहार के आरा शहर में गंदे पानी की समस्या को दूर करने के लिए 74 करोड़ की लागत से पूरे शहर में ड्रेनज बनाने की योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। इस योजना के तहत बुडको द्वारा स्ट्राम वाटर ड्रेनेज सिस्टम का कार्य भूमि पूजन करते हुए शुरू किया गया है। इससे शहर के लोगों की जल निकासी की समस्या दूर होगी और उन्हें राहत मिलेगी।
