In a shocking incident in Araria district of Bihar, the relatives of a girlfriend physically assaulted her boyfriend and caused serious injuries by forcibly putting a cloth in his mouth and cutting his private parts. The incident took place in ward number 06 of the Banga Panchayat in Saini Chowk. The victim is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Purnia. The father of the youth has accused the girlfriend’s family of attempted murder. It should be noted that a similar incident had occurred two years ago, for which the couple had been ordered to stay separate. The boyfriend was taken away forcibly while he was going to relieve himself.
On the evening of January 1st, at around 7:30 PM, Pawan Kumar Mandal went towards the east from his house in search of a place to defecate in the Banga Panchayat of Sikti Block. There, he found the girlfriend’s relatives waiting for him, who immediately grabbed him and forcefully put a cloth in his mouth, then took him to their courtyard. The distance between the two houses is approximately 100 feet. As Pawan was being attacked, his father Chandranand rushed to save him but was chased away. After some time, Pawan started screaming loudly and many people from his family ran towards the scene. They saw around 10 to 12 men running away from the courtyard, while Pawan was severely injured and bleeding. His private parts had been cut off.
Two years ago, a similar incident occurred for which the matter was reported to the Bara police station. A patrolling team reached the scene of the crime and immediately sent Pawan for treatment in Araria after witnessing his condition. Meanwhile, the father of the victim has accused the girlfriend’s family of forcibly abducting his son with the intention of killing him. Former village head Narasimha Vishwas, who was also present during the panchayat two years ago, stated that the decision was made to separate the couple and warned them against any further disputes. Additionally, the victim’s father was instructed to arrange Pawan’s marriage as soon as possible. It should be noted that the woman is the mother of two children.
According to the victim’s father, the situation had been normal for the past year. However, on the evening of January 1st, the incident occurred when the woman’s relatives took matters into their own hands. The victim is currently fighting for his life. Moreover, the villagers claim that similar incidents have occurred in the woman’s maternal home in the past. The woman is the mother of two children.
बिहार के अररिया में एक पुराने प्रेम प्रसंग के मामले में, प्रेमिका के परिजनों ने शौच के लिए घर लौटाने के बाद प्रेमी को जबरन मुंह में कपड़ा ठूस कर घर लाया और उसके प्राइवेट पार्ट को काट कर गंभीर रूप से जख्मी कर दिया। इस मामले को बैंगा पंचायत के वार्ड नंबर 06 में संघर्ष का मामला माना जा रहा है। पीड़ित युवक का इलाज पूर्णियां स्थित अस्पताल में हो रहा है। पिता ने अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार करने का आरोप लगाया है। यह नहीं पहली बार है जब पंचायत इस प्रेम प्रसंग को लेकर फैसला सुनाने के लिए बुलाई गई है। पूर्व मुखिया नरसिंह विश्वास ने इसकी पुष्टि की है कि वे पंचायत में इस मामले की सुनवाई में शामिल थे। पंचायत ने तब यह निर्णय लिया था कि प्रेमी-प्रेमिका अलग रहेंगे और इसके अलावा प्रेमी की शादी भी कराए जाएंगी। इस मामले को लेकर अभी तक कोई गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है। पीड़ित आज अपनी जान की परवाह किए बिना जीवित हैं और उसका इलाज चल रहा है।
