A Bangladeshi citizen has been arrested in Sitamarhi. He had been living undercover for the past year, deceiving Indian intelligence agencies, police, and the general public. He had changed his name and identity, and even obtained fake voter ID and Aadhaar cards. Not only that, he had also gotten married. When the police revealed all these details, people were shocked. He was arrested by the Shivhar Police and ATS from the Munshi Chowk area of Tariyani Thana.
According to the police, the arrested Bangladeshi citizen Nirpendra Nath Wala was living in Panchor Village in the Riga Thana area of Sitamarhi district. He had also married a local girl named Chandni Kumari. With her help, he obtained Indian voter ID and Aadhaar cards, and started a Bengali clinic business in Panchor. He was moving around under a false identity. The information about the arrested person was given to the ATS. During the investigation conducted by the ATS and district police, it was revealed that the person arrested was a Bangladeshi national. He had obtained Aadhaar card, voter ID, and PAN card of India using fraudulent means. He has been sent to jail.
Married a girl from Sitamarhi to evade the police
Tariyani Thana SHO Kamlesh Kumar revealed that the arrested youth had given his name as Akash Vishwas during questioning. Aadhaar card, voter ID card, and a visiting card in the Bengali language were found among other documents in his possession. He had entered India illegally through the Indian border and had been staying in the Panchor Village of the Riga Thana area in Sitamarhi for a few days. The arrested youth’s real name is Nirpendra Nath Wala and his father’s name is Anandi Wala, who is a resident of Bujivala village in the Narikel Thana of Bangladesh. He has been sent to jail. The local police and intelligence department are investigating this matter based on inputs from the police and intelligence sources.
Crossed the Indian border illegally to come to Sitamarhi
The Bangladeshi citizen told the police that he had crossed the Indian border illegally and had come to Sitamarhi. He then reached the Panchor Village in the Riga Thana area. There, he started working at a Bengali clinic. People became suspicious of his language as he was wandering around Munshi Chowk in the Tariyani Thana area of Shivhar without speaking Hindi properly. He claimed that he had married local girl Chandni Kumari to hide his identity and was living with her. He had obtained an Aadhaar card and PAN card based on his wife Chandni’s help and identification.

सीतामढ़ी से बांग्लादेशी नागरिक गिरफ्तार किया गया है। वह पिछले एक साल से भारतीय खुफिया एजेंसी, पुलिस और आम लोगों की आंखों में धूल झोंककर रह रहा था। उसने आप नाम और पहचान छिपा ली। इसके बाद फेक वोटर आईडी और आधार कार्ड बनवा लिया। इतना ही नहीं उसने शादी भी कर ली। पुलिस ने जब इस सारी चीजों का खुलासा किया तो लोग दंग रह गए। शिवहर पुलिस और एटीएस के द्वारा उसे तरियानी थाना क्षेत्र के मुंशी चौक से गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
पुलिस के अनुसार, गिरफ्तार बांग्लादेशी निर्पेंद्र नाथ वाला सीतामढ़ी जिले के रीगा थाना क्षेत्र के पंछोर गांव में रहा रहा है। वही, एक स्थानीय विनोद राम की पुत्री चांदनी कुमारी से शादी भी कर लिया है। इसके सहारे उसने भारतीय वोटर आईडी कार्ड और आधार कार्ड भी बनवा लिया हैं और पांछोर में ही बंगाली चांदसी क्लीनिक खोलकर व्यवसाय कर रहा है। वह फर्जी ढंग से अपना नाम बदलकर घूम रहा था। एसपी अनंत कुमार राय ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार युवक की सूचना एटीएस को दी गई। एटीएस एवं जिला पुलिस द्वारा की गई गहन पूछताछ में वह युवक बांग्लादेशी निकला। उसने भारत का गलत ढंग से आधार कार्ड, वोटर आई कार्ड एवं पैन कार्ड बनवा लिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति को जेल भेज दिया गया है।
पुलिस से बचने के लिए कर ली सीतामढ़ी की लड़की से शादी
तरियानी के थानाध्यक्ष कमलेश कुमार ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार युवक ने पूछताछ में अपना नाम आकाश विश्वास बताया। उसके पास से आधार कार्ड, वोटर आईडी कार्ड व बांग्लादेशी भाषा की वीजिटिंग कार्ड सहित अन्य कागजात मिले। वह बिना पासपोर्ट एवं वीजा के भारत में प्रवेश कर कुछ दिनों से सीतामढ़ी जिले के रीगा थाना के पंछोर गांव में रह रहा था। गिरफ्तार युवक आकाश विश्वास का वास्तविक नाम निर्पेंद्र नाथ वाला तथा पिता का नाम आनंदी वाला है, जो बांग्लादेश के जीनाइदह जिले के नरिकेल थाने के बुजीवाला गांव का निवासी है। उसे जेल भेज दिया गया है। शिवहर जिला के तरियानी पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा बांग्लादेशी नागरिक करीब एक वर्ष से सीतामढ़ी के रीगा में रह रहा था। वह पुलिस की नजरों से बचने के लिए स्थानीय लड़की से विवाह भी कर चुका था। लेकिन इसकी भनक स्थानीय पुलिस और खुफिया विभाग को नही लग सकी जो पुलिस एवं खुफिया विभाग के सूत्रों पर सवाल खड़ा कर रही है।
भारतीय बॉर्डर को अवैध तरीके से पार कर सीतामढ़ी चला आया
बांग्लादेशी नागरिक ने पुलिस को यह भी बताया कि वह अपने देश से भारतीय बॉर्डर को अवैध तरीके से पार कर सीतामढ़ी चला आया। फिर वह रीगा थाना क्षेत्र के पंछोर गांव में पहुंच गया। यहां बंगाली चांदसी क्लीनिक खोलकर काम करने लगा। शिवहर के तरियानी थाना क्षेत्र के मुंशी चौक पर इधर-उधर भटक रहे बांग्लादेशी नागरिक के बोलचाल की भाषा पर लोगों को संदेह हुआ। इसकी सूचना मायने पर तरियानी थानाध्यक्ष कमलेश कुमार ने संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को पकड़ा और पूछताछ शुरू की। वह ठीक से हिंदी नही बोल पा रहा था। बताया कि यहां पहचान छुपाने के लिए उसने एक साजिश के तहत पंछोर गांव के विनोद राम की पुत्री चांदनी कुमारी से शादी कर ली और उसी के साथ रहने लगा। उसने पत्नी चांदनी की मदद एवं पहचान के आधार पर अपना आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड बनाया है।
