Banka: The current ranger Saroj Kumar has submitted a report to the Banka divisional forest officer (DFO) alleging misappropriation of funds by Arvind Kumar Singh, the former ranger. The allegations amount to a whopping 8 crore 41 lakh rupees.

The case has been registered based on the primary report filed by the range officer on the orders of the divisional forest officer (DFO).
