This article provides an update on the current weather conditions in Bihar, including upcoming temperature changes and cold wave alerts.

The weather in Bihar has changed quite a bit recently. The temperature is dropping as cold winds blow in from the west. As night falls, the chill is becoming more noticeable, and people are definitely feeling the cold more than before.

There’s a significant weather change on the way. A strong western disturbance is becoming active, which means we might see sudden changes in the weather across many districts in Bihar. This could lead to a cold wave and chilly days in the coming days.

Starting from December 1st, many areas, especially in North Bihar, can expect strong winds. This could cause temperatures to keep falling for the next few days, making the cold even more intense. Districts like West Champaran, East Champaran, and others may experience a notable drop in temperature.

In the last 24 hours, the cold has increased across most of Bihar. Winds were felt in places like West Champaran and Sitamarhi, but there was no rain anywhere. The highest temperature recorded was 30.2 degrees Celsius in Forbesganj, while Aurangabad was the coldest at 11.1 degrees Celsius.

Today, the weather is expected to stay dry across North West, North Central, North East, and South Bihar. The sky will be clear, with no rain expected. Maximum temperatures are likely to range between 26–28 °C and minimum temperatures between 14–16 °C, with a light chill in the mornings.

Summary:

  • Weather in Bihar is getting colder due to westerly winds.

  • A strong western disturbance may lead to sudden weather changes.

  • Cold wave effects are expected from December 1st in North Bihar.

  • Temperature changes have been noted across various districts.

  • Today’s weather will remain dry with clear skies and mild temperatures.
