Neeraj Kumar pays tribute to late BJP leader Sushil Modi
Bihar CM Neeraj Kumar paid his respects to the late BJP leader Sushil Modi by meeting his family members and offering condolences. During this time, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Jha and Minister Vijay Chaudhary were also present. Sushil Modi passed away at AIIMS in Delhi on the evening of May 13th due to deteriorating health. He was 72 years old. He had been undergoing treatment for cancer at AIIMS for the past few days.
Final rites for Sushil Modi
The mortal remains of Sushil Modi were brought to Patna airport from Delhi around 2:20 pm on Tuesday. He was paid tribute at the airport and his body was placed in a police vehicle adorned with flowers for his final viewing at home. His mortal remains were then taken to the RSS office, Vidhan Sabha, and BJP office for final viewing. From the BJP office, his body was taken to Deegha Ghat where he was given a guard of honor before the final rites were performed.
