Bihar Congress has sent a legal notice to DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran after he made derogatory comments against the people of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. Dr. Chandrika Prasad Yadav, a member of the Bihar Pradesh Congress Political Affairs Committee, stated that if Maran does not apologize to the people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh within 15 days, legal action will be taken against him.
Dr. Chandrika Yadav questioned whether Dayanidhi Maran and his party, DMK, want to divide the country into North and South. She emphasized the seriousness of the matter and stated that a legal notice has already been sent to Maran. If he does not apologize to the people of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh within 15 days, legal action will be inevitable. She also highlighted the importance of the people from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh in various positions of power across states.
Dr. Chandrika Yadav further emphasized that India is one, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, and no one can break its unity. As a lawyer by profession, she sent the legal notice to Dayanidhi Maran. Asit Nath Tiwari, the spokesperson of Bihar Pradesh Congress, supported Dr. Chandrika Yadav’s actions and stated that as a Bihari, the derogatory comments made by Dayanidhi Maran have hurt everyone. Sending a legal notice in such a situation is understandable.
बिहार कांग्रेस ने बिहार और उत्तर प्रदेश के लोगों के खिलाफ डीएमके सांसद दयानिधि मारन की अपमानजनक टिप्पणी के खिलाफ उन्हें लीगल नोटिस भेजा है। डॉक्टर चंद्रिका प्रसाद यादव ने कहा है कि यदि मारन 15 दिनों के भीतर माफी नहीं मांगते हैं तो उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा है कि यदि बिहार और यूपी के लोग उन राज्यों में नहीं रहेंगे तो ये लोग अपनी दिनचर्या भूल जाएंगे और उनके बिना कांग्रेस एक कदम भी नहीं चला सकेगी। इसके साथ ही डॉ चंद्रिका यादव ने कहा है कि पूरा भारत एक है और किसी भी व्यक्ति को इसे तोड़ने का अधिकार नहीं है। इस पर बिहार प्रदेश कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता ने कहा है कि डॉ चंद्रिका प्रसाद अधिवक्ता हैं और इसलिए वे नोटिस भेजने की समझी जा सकती हैं।
