Tragic Accident in Bihar: Scorpio Rams into Tractor Laden with Bamboo, Two Dead
A tragic accident occurred near Majhauli Chowk of Bochahan, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, when a Scorpio collided with a tractor carrying bamboo on Thursday morning. The collision resulted in the death of two individuals from Alinagar, while four others sustained serious injuries.
The deceased have been identified as Vijay Mukhiya, a 38-year-old resident of Dhamwara and minister of Alinagar Block Matsyajeevi Sangh, and Devdas Mukhiya, a 45-year-old resident of Suhath.
Four Other People Seriously Injured
In addition to the fatalities, four individuals who were traveling in the Scorpio also suffered serious injuries. They have been admitted to a private hospital in Muzaffarpur for medical treatment.
According to reports, Vijay Mukhiya was travelling in the Scorpio with five other individuals, including four from his in-laws’ house in Madhopur village, Benipur. The accident occurred when a speeding Scorpio collided with the tractor carrying bamboo near Majhauli Chowk.
Vijay Mukhiya had been re-elected as the minister of the Matsyajeevi Committee for the second consecutive term. Upon receiving news of the accident, relatives of the victims have gathered in Muzaffarpur.
