This article shares details about the counting of votes for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, scheduled for November 14.

Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 have wrapped up their voting, and now everyone is waiting for November 14, Friday. This is the day when it will be revealed who will be in charge of the state—either the NDA or the Grand Alliance. The Election Commission is all set for counting the votes and has ensured strict security measures are in place across Bihar.

The counting of votes will kick off at 8 am on November 14. First, postal ballots will be counted, followed by votes from the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM). Early updates on the counting trends are expected to start showing by around 9:30 am. By the afternoon, we should know which party is leading towards forming the majority.

For the public, 46 counting centers have been established statewide, equipped with strong security and transparency measures. Election observers will monitor each center to ensure everything is fair. In each counting hall, there will be multiple tables set up for counting EVM votes and postal ballots, with strict rules against mobile phones and any form of celebrations.

Security at these counting centers is very tight, organized in three levels. Only authorized personnel can enter the first circle, while candidates and their representatives can access the second circle after checking their IDs. The third circle will be managed by police to control crowds and maintain order. The Bihar Police have instructed all districts to act quickly against any disturbances during the counting process.

In Patna, special arrangements are being made for the counting day. Schools up to class 12 will be closed to avoid traffic jams. Traffic routes will be adjusted, and barricades will be set up around counting centers. The authorities will keep an eye on everything through CCTV cameras, and any rumors or disturbances will be dealt with seriously.
