Bihar Teacher Exam 2023: Fake Candidates Arrested on Third Day

On the third day of the BPSC teacher recruitment exam in Bihar, several fake candidates were arrested at various examination centers. In one instance, a candidate named Munna Bhai was caught taking the exam in place of another candidate at Dr. Rameshwar Singh College in Muzaffarpur. During the biometric check, it was revealed that the person was impersonating someone else. The fake candidate confessed that a coaching director from Nawada had sent him to take the exam in place of the actual candidate, and he was paid for it.

Similarly, two more fake candidates, identified as Ritesh Kumar and Suman Kumar, were caught at the Piprahi Girls High School examination center in Shivhar. As soon as the security personnel discovered their impersonation, they were arrested. These incidents highlight the prevalence of cheating in the ongoing BPSC Teacher Recruitment Examination.

Coaching Operator Involved in the Scam

Aryan Kumar, one of the fake candidates caught at the Dr. Rameshwar Singh College Examination Center, revealed that he was sent by a coaching director to take the exam on behalf of another candidate. He admitted to having taken contracts to help multiple candidates pass the exam. Aryan’s picture was scanned and uploaded onto the admit card of the candidate he was impersonating, and a fake Aadhaar card was also created. Aryan, who is currently preparing for the civil service exam in Patna, mentioned that his father is a farmer.
