This article provides an update on the weather in Bihar, highlighting the drop in temperatures and the potential for fog in the coming days.

The weather in Bihar is changing, with colder temperatures settling in, especially in rural areas. People are feeling chilly in the mornings and evenings, and the night temperatures are dropping steadily. The Meteorological Department has warned that the cold is expected to get worse in the upcoming days.

In the next few days, dense fog is likely to cover many areas in the mornings, which will reduce visibility significantly. The night temperatures are predicted to continue falling, with no rain expected. However, it might get cloudy, and westerly winds could blow at speeds of up to 30 kilometers per hour.

For the public, the minimum temperature in Bihar is expected to stay between 18 to 22 degrees Celsius, while the maximum will range from 26 to 30 degrees Celsius. Light to moderate fog is expected over North Bihar and nearby areas in the next 24 to 72 hours, making morning travel a bit tricky.

As we move into November, the weather will start with foggy mornings. There’s no chance of rain for the first ten days, but the mornings and evenings will feel mild. The temperatures might be slightly higher than usual, with minimums around 22 to 23 degrees Celsius and maximums between 28 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Looking ahead to the second week of November, there may be a slight increase in rainfall, with predictions of light drizzle. Last year saw about 10 mm of rain, and this year could see around 12 to 15 mm. The effect of clouds and fog will be more noticeable in the eastern and southern parts of Bihar, while the northern and western regions might remain clearer.

Summary:

  • The weather in Bihar is getting colder, especially at night.

  • Dense fog is expected to affect visibility in the mornings.

  • Temperatures will range between 18-30 degrees Celsius.

  • November will start with fog but little chance of rain initially.

  • Light drizzle is possible in the second week of November.
