The approved schemes prioritize the construction of security works and erosion prevention. Out of the 384 projects, five large-scale projects costing over 30 crore each will account for 340 crore of the total budget. Engineers have been strictly instructed to monitor embankments and complete work in sensitive zones without delay.

The state government has already approved 309.29 crore for soil filling at the site to prepare the foundation for the 1261 crore hospital project.
