**Lok Sabha Election Results in Bihar**
The results of the elections in Bihar on 40 seats have been declared. The outcome has been surprising on many seats. This time, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) did not perform as well as expected in Bihar. In the previous elections, the NDA had won 39 seats, but this time they had to settle for only 30 seats. The opposition Mahagathbandhan, which had only won one seat in the previous elections, managed to secure nine seats this time. Independent candidate and Congress leader Pappu Yadav won the Purnia seat, defeating NDA candidate Santosh Kushwaha.
**Mixed Results for Big BJP Leaders**
Several senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) faced defeat in the elections. Notable leaders like RK Singh, Ram Kripal Yadav, Sushil Singh, Mithilesh Tiwari, and Shiv Kumar from Sasaram were defeated. Two daughters of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav were also in the electoral fray, with one winning and the other facing defeat. Misa Bharti defeated BJP’s Ram Kripal Yadav, while Rohini Acharya lost to BJP candidate Rajiv Pratap Rudy.
**Upsets in Ara and Karakat**
In Ara, former national president of Janata Dal United (JDU), Lalan Singh, defeated the wife of Bahubali Ashok Mahato and RJD candidate Kumari Anita. The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) contested in Hajipur, Vaishali, Samastipur, Khagaria, and Jamui constituencies and emerged victorious in all five seats. Chirag Paswan’s party created a stir by winning all five seats with a 100% strike rate. The Karakat seat witnessed a tough battle between NDA candidate Upendra Kushwaha and independent candidate Pawan Singh, with the latter emerging victorious.

The seat distribution among the parties in Bihar is as follows:
★BJP: 12 seats
★JDU: 12 seats
★LJP (Ram): 5 seats
★RJD: 4 seats
★Congress: 3 seats
★Bahujan Samaj Party (Mall): 2 seats
★HAM: 1 seat
★Independent: 1 seat
बिहार के 40 सीटों पर चुनाव परिणाम आ गया। इस बार राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन का करिश्मा पूरी तरह चल नहीं पाया। बिहार में 2019 एनडीए को 39 सीटें मिली थीं, इस बार 30 सीटों पर ही संतोष करना पड़ा। लालू प्रसाद की दो बेटियों में से एक ने जीत हासिल की और एक ने हार का सामना किया। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कई दिग्गज नेताओं को भी हार का सामना करना पड़ा। चिराग पासवान की पार्टी ने भी कई स्थानों पर चौंकाने वाली जीत हासिल की। भाजपा को 12 सीटें, जदयू को 12 सीटें, लोजपा (राम) को 5 सीटें, राजद को 4 सीटें, कांग्रेस को 3 सीटें, भाकपा (माले) को 2 सीटें, हम को 1 सीट और निर्दलीय को 1 सीट मिली।
