In a shocking incident in Bihar, around 70 to 80 trainee women policemen got sick after having lunch. This happened at the women’s police battalion, and they started feeling unwell with severe stomach pain and diarrhea shortly after their meal.
As soon as the situation was reported, senior health and police officials rushed to the battalion to manage the treatment. The Superintendent of Police, Ashok Kumar Singh, mentioned that the trainees had just returned to their barracks after lunch when many of them became ill. An ambulance was called immediately to take them to Sadar Hospital in Sasaram.
At the hospital, doctors began treating the women policemen. Civil surgeon Dr. Maniraj Ranjan confirmed that their conditions were stable and under medical supervision. The main symptoms included stomach pain and diarrhea, which understandably caused a lot of worry among the trainees.
Seeing the seriousness of the situation, the Rohtas Superintendent of Police and other senior officials visited the hospital to check on the trainees and ensure proper care was being given. The Health Department suspects food poisoning and is planning to send food samples for testing to find out the exact cause.
The hospital administration has reassured everyone that the situation is under control, and there is no need for panic. All the affected women are receiving treatment, and they are expected to recover soon.
