The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the results of the 69th Combined Competitive Exam (CCE) on the occasion of Dhanteras. A total of 5,299 candidates have been declared successful in this examination. BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad congratulated all the candidates on social media. The exam was conducted on 408 centers on September 30th. This time, a different type of negative marking was introduced, where 1/3 marks were deducted for every wrong answer, compared to the previous practice of deducting 1/4 marks.
Out of the successful candidates in the 69th CCE, 4,037 have been declared successful for various posts and services. The cutoff marks for the unreserved category is 91.67, while for Scheduled Tribe women, it is 54. In the Police Deputy Inspector Competitive Exam, 33 candidates have been declared successful, with the cutoff marks for the unreserved category being 102.67, for unreserved women being 91.67, and for Scheduled Caste being 83.33.
In the 69th CCE, a total of 1,120 candidates have been declared successful for the main exam for the post of Financial Administration Officer and equivalent positions. The cutoff marks for the unreserved category is 85.67, while for Scheduled Caste women, it is 57. The result also includes 109 candidates who have been given the opportunity to appear for the main exam for the post of Child Development Project Officer.
