Ashutosh Kumar alias Motu (20) of Chhajan North Tola of Turkey OP area in Kudhani, Bihar was brutally beaten to death and his body was thrown into the water of Mallikpur canal near Chhajan Mohini High School.

Personal rivalry behind the incident
The FSL team reached the spot after receiving information and collected samples of blood and other evidence from the spot. The reasons for the murder have not been known. However, it has come to light that a case will be filed in the court regarding the land dispute. Police suspect that there may be some personal rivalry behind the incident.
Kudhani police station chief Arvind Paswan told that it is a case of murder and throwing the dead body into the canal. After the post-mortem, the dead body has been handed over to the relatives.
Ashutosh was a guard in a private security agency
Ashutosh used to work as a guard in a private security agency of the city. On Monday, on behalf of the agency, his duty was engaged in a private establishment located at Chhata Chowk in Kazimohammedpur police station area. On Monday evening around 7.30 pm, he was going to his home by bicycle after doing duty.
He had called from his mobile phone near Madhaul and informed his relatives that he would be coming home within an hour. After an hour he did not reach home and his mobile was switched off. After this his relatives went out to search for him.
Wherein, when no trace was found, it was informed to Turkish OP Police. Turkish OP police sent the relative to Sadar police station. When the Sadar police station got the investigation done in their area, nothing was found.
The relative alleged that even after the information, the Turkish OP did not show seriousness. If Turkish OP police would have shown seriousness then his life could have been saved.
CCTV camera footage found beyond Turkey turn
Ashutosh’s lawyer Ratnesh Bhardwaj said that when no trace of him was found on Tuesday morning, his missing information and photo were posted on the internet media. After this the CCTV cameras installed on the NH were searched.
In this, he was seen going on a bicycle in the footage of CCTV cameras installed from Madhaul to a school on the road leading to Chhajan beyond Turki Mor.
In Madhaul, when the footage of the CCTV camera installed in front of a car showroom was being scrutinized. At the same time, a villager informed about the dead body of a young man being immersed in the canal water.
Tire and resistance marks found
The relatives went there and identified him. Bike tires and resistance marks have been found near the spot. It is being speculated that Ashutosh strongly opposed it before the murder.
He also had an argument with the killers. He could not escape due to the high number of murderers. He was brutally murdered and the dead body was thrown into the canal water.
Some suspects have been seen in the CCTV camera footage at two to three places. The police team is investigating in a scientific manner. In the investigation so far, the manner in which the incident was carried out, there is a possibility of personal enmity. The police team led by DSP Western is investigating the case. Soon this matter will be inaugurated.
