He mentioned that more than 10,000 processing units for local products like Makhana and litchi have been set up, along with significant investments and modern testing labs to help local products reach global markets.

The Minister pointed out that the Vegetable Federation has received funding for projects across 89 locations in Bihar. These projects include cold storage and warehouses, which aim to improve the agricultural infrastructure in the state. He emphasized that these developments are helping local farmers and producers significantly.

Rai further criticized the previous Lalu-Rabri rule, stating that it led to high unemployment and forced many youths to migrate out of Bihar. He mentioned that the NDA government has created jobs for 50 lakh youths in the last five years, with a target of providing one crore jobs in the next five years, showcasing a positive trend in employment opportunities in Bihar.
