Tragic Death of Youth in Noida Construction Accident

A young man named Arun Kumar Mandal from Adhona Tola Kusiyari village in Carry Panchayat, Banka, met a tragic death on Friday. The incident occurred in Noida, near the capital city of Delhi, when the lift of an under-construction building collapsed. Arun Kumar had returned to his village a month ago due to illness and later went back to Noida in search of employment.

Upon receiving news of the incident, Arun Kumar’s wife, Shabari Devi, younger son Chhotu Kumar, and younger sister Ameesha Kumari, who all reside in the village, were devastated and in a state of despair. Rajesh Kumar, the elder son, had moved to Hyderabad three months ago for work, while the elder daughter, Manisha Kumari, is married and living with her in-laws.

Family Demands Compensation

The family members are overwhelmed with grief after the tragic accident. Arun Kumar’s wife expressed her anguish, stating that there is no one left to take care of the household. The entire atmosphere surrounding the family has become somber due to her cries. The father, Rudo Mandal, is in a state of desolation and unable to say anything. The family is seeking compensation from the company responsible for the accident. Rajesh Kumar, the elder son, has left for Noida upon receiving news of the incident.

The family plans to bring Arun Kumar’s body back to the village for the cremation, which is expected to take place on Sunday morning. The village Panchayat head, Doli Kumari, Sarpanch Gauri Devi, and others have expressed deep grief over the untimely demise.
