This article talks about the changing weather in Bihar, including possible rain during Chhath Puja and current temperature predictions.

The weather in Bihar is changing, and it’s noticeable since Thursday morning. The Meteorological Department has mentioned that there might be some rain soon, especially during the Chhath Puja festival. Right now, we see dense fog in the mornings, but it may give way to light rain in some parts of the state.

On Thursday morning, many districts, including Patna, experienced thick fog. This fog lingered for a while after the sun came up, but it is expected to clear up by the afternoon. The daytime is likely to be sunny, but mornings and evenings are feeling a bit chilly. The current weather is dry, with temperatures ranging from 32 to 34 degrees Celsius during the day and 22 to 24 degrees Celsius at night.

In the next few days, temperatures may rise slightly in southern and southeastern parts of Bihar like Patna, Gaya, and Bhagalpur. However, there won’t be much change in the temperatures at night. People are advised to dress warmly, especially the elderly and children, as the weather can fluctuate a lot.

During the Chhath Puja, there might be some fog or mist in the mornings across Bihar. There’s a chance of light rain on specific days, especially between October 25 and 27. Areas like Madhubani and Supaul could see rain on October 25, while places like Purnia and Katihar might experience drizzle the following day.

As we move closer to the festival, everyone should stay updated on the weather. The Meteorological Department has not issued any warnings yet, but it’s always good to be prepared for unexpected changes. Make sure to check the weather forecasts regularly.

Summary:

  • The weather in Bihar is changing with possible rain during Chhath Puja.

  • Thick fog was reported in many districts including Patna.

  • Day temperatures may rise slightly in southern Bihar.

  • Light rain is expected in specific districts from October 25 to 27.
