This article gives details about the upcoming Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections 2025, focusing on the nomination process and traffic arrangements in Gaya.

The Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections 2025 are just around the corner, and Gaya district is buzzing with activity. With the election season officially kicking off, the Collectorate complex is set to become a hub for political activities. The nomination process for four assembly constituencies—Belaganj, Gaya Town, Wazirganj, and Bodhgaya—will start on October 13.

To handle the expected large crowds of candidates and their supporters, the district administration has announced a detailed traffic plan. This includes declaring certain areas as no-entry zones to keep things organized during the nomination period. From 10 am to 5 pm, vehicles will not be allowed on major roads leading to DM Golambar.

The specific roads affected include the one from Kashinath turn to DM Golambar, and the road from Pirmansoor turn towards the collectorate. However, emergency services are exempt from these restrictions. Alternative routes have been suggested for the public to avoid inconvenience.

For instance, vehicles coming from Kashinath Mod should take the Bata Mod – Tekari Road – GB Road route. Similarly, those coming from Koyribari turn and Digdhi Talab can use the Gandhi Maidan – Church Gate – APR turn route. Parking arrangements for candidates are made at Zilla School, Gaya.

The nomination process will continue until October 20, with designated centers at ten assembly seats in Gaya district. As the election excitement builds up, the political atmosphere is heating up, and the administration is prepared for the increased activity in the coming days.
