बिहार के लिट्टी चोखा के इलाके में अब भेलपुरी का स्वाद चढ़ गया है और लोग इसे चटखारे लेकर खा रहे हैं। मुंबई की भेलपुरी के स्वाद में बिहार का तड़का लगा दिया गया है और स्थानीय बाजारों में भेलपुरी के ठेले लगने लगे हैं। भेलपुरी का प्रचलन समस्तीपुर में भी बढ़ गया है और परदेसी भेलपुरी की दुकान प्रसिद्ध हो गयी है जहां लोग चटखारे लेते हैं और उसका स्वाद लेते हैं। यहां 10 आइटम मिलाकर भेलपुरी बनाई जाती है और भेलपुरी का खट्टा-मीठा और चटपटा स्वाद बहुत ही जबरदस्त होता है। छोटू नामक दुकानदार कहते हैं कि उनकी दुकान में रोज लोग भेलपुरी खाने आते हैं और उन्हें 20 रुपए में 100 ग्राम की भेलपुरी मिलती है।
