Accident in Bhagalpur
In Bhagalpur, a biker named Kanwariya died on Sunday morning after being hit by a container, while another person was injured. The incident took place near the Bansitikat breaker in the Sabour police station area. The injured person has been referred to a hospital for treatment with the help of locals and the police.
Victim Identification
The deceased has been identified as Sagar Gwala (45), a resident of Rajganj police station area in Siliguri. The injured person, Saurabh Kumar (29), is a resident of Gedarbadi in Katihar district. The injured person is undergoing treatment at a private clinic.
Investigation Initiated
After receiving information about the accident, the police have started investigating the case. The injured youth, Saurabh, mentioned that he was riding a bike with his sister-in-law on their way to Baba Dham when the container hit them from behind near the Bansitikar breaker. The accused has been handed over to the Sabour police for further investigation.
Police Action
The Lodi Pur police station president, Shyamlal Kumar, stated that the incident took place in the Sabour police station area, so the accused has been handed over to the Sabour police. The body has been taken into custody and further action is being taken in the case.
