BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2023: 1 lakh teachers will be recruited in Bihar, wounds of B.Ed degree holders will be healed, reinstatement process will start next month.

– After the Supreme Court’s decision in the Rajasthan case, a meeting was held between the Education Department and BPSC officials in Bihar, but no positive decision was taken in the case of B.Ed degree candidates in primary schools. However, it was decided in this meeting that next month itself, more than one lakh teachers will be recruited by BPSC under the second phase. The notification for the recruitment is likely to come by next month, and the results will be announced by the end of the year. There will be about 52 thousand vacancies for classes 6th to 8th, and around 50 thousand jobs will be created by adding vacant posts from 9th to 12th and adding new posts.

– There will be no vacancy for classes 1 to 5 in the second phase of teacher recruitment. For classes 6 to 8, candidates should have graduation, CTET or TET, and B.Ed or equivalent qualifications. For secondary classes, it is necessary to pass graduation, STET, and B.Ed, while for higher secondary, candidates should have a postgraduate degree, STET, and B.Ed.

– The examination for the second phase of teacher recruitment is targeted to be conducted by the end of November, and the results are expected to be declared in December. The Education Department aims to inform BPSC about the vacancy in the first week of October, so that the application process can start by 15th October. The result of the ongoing teacher recruitment for 1.70 lakh posts will be released in two phases, with the result for classes 9 to 12 being released by September 25, and the result for classes 1 to 5 being released later.

शिक्षक भर्ती के दूसरे चरण में बीपीएससी द्वारा एक लाख से अधिक शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। इसमें 6वीं से 8वीं तक लगभग 52 हजार रिक्तियां होंगी। इसके अलावा, 9वीं से 12वीं तक के रिक्त पदों को जोड़कर और नए पदों को जोड़कर, लगभग 50 हजार नौकरियां बनेंगी। शिक्षक भर्ती के दूसरे चरण में 1 से 5 तक के विद्यालयों के लिए कोई रिक्ति नहीं होगी। इसके लिए यह अनुमान लगाया जाता है कि इन कक्षाओं के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में शिक्षक होंगे।

1.70 लाख पदों के लिए चल रही शिक्षक भर्ती में, 6 से 8 तक के शिक्षक पदों के लिए कोई रिक्ति नहीं थी। इसलिए, 6 से 8 तक के शिक्षक पदों की रिक्ति अधिक हो सकती है। आपको बता दें कि 6 से 8 तक के लिए स्नातक, सीटेट या टेट और बीएड या समकक्ष होना चाहिए। इसके साथ ही, उच्चतर माध्यमिक के लिए स्नातक, स्टेट और बीएड की डिग्री पास करना आवश्यक है। हायर सेकेंडरी के लिए, स्नातकोत्तर, स्टेट और बीएड डिग्री होनी चाहिए।

बीपीएससी द्वारा शिक्षक भर्ती के दूसरे चरण के लिए अगले महीने अधिसूचना जारी होगी। बैठक में यह लक्ष्य रखा गया है कि परीक्षा नवंबर के अंत तक आयोजित की जाए और परिणाम दिसंबर में घोषित किए जाएं। शिक्षा विभाग का उद्देश्य है कि मौजूदा शिक्षक भर्ती के परिणाम जारी होते ही, रिक्ति की जानकारी अक्टूबर के पहले हफ्ते में बीपीएससी को भेजी जाए, ताकि आवेदन प्रक्रिया 15 अक्टूबर तक शुरू हो सके।

आपको बता दें कि वर्तमान में 1.70 लाख पदों के लिए आयोजित लिखित परीक्षा का परिणाम दो चरणों में जारी होगा। पहले चरण में, 9 से 12 तक के शिक्षक भर्ती परीक्षा का परिणाम 25 सितंबर तक जारी किया जाएगा, जबकि दूसरे चरण में, 1 से 5 तक के उम्मीदवारों के लिए परिणाम जारी किया जाएगा।
