The National Federation of Societies for Fast Justice has issued orders to the government regarding the implementation of a software to monitor the hearings of cases. Panchayat Secretaries who fail to provide details for three months will face immediate action. The department has instructed all Panchayat Secretaries to submit detailed reports of every case heard in the Gram Kachahri to the district headquarters.

Gram Kachahri is now required to provide progress reports and updates of all cases regularly to the district headquarters. With the reports being uploaded on the department’s website every month, unnecessary delays in hearings and proceedings in the Gram Kachahri will be reduced. This new system will ensure transparency and efficiency in the functioning of the Gram Kachahri, receiving positive feedback from Sarpanches and promoting trust among the people.
