# CBI Arrests Three Individuals, Including Railway Officer, in a Rs 2 Lakh Bribery Case in Hajipur, Bihar:
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested three individuals, including a railway officer, in a bribery case involving a sum of Rs 2 lakh. The arrested individuals include an assistant material manager of the Indian Railways and two others. The CBI team took action in response to allegations of the former Indian Railways Stores Service (IRSS) officer Sunil Kumar Gandhi, order clerk Raman Chaurasia, and another person Amod Kumar Rai, who allegedly accepted regular illegal bribes from contractors of the East Central Railway (ECR) in exchange for awarding tenders in their favor.
# Bribery Amount Paid Through Various Individuals/Companies Connected to a Private Company in Tamil Nadu:
According to the CBI, the bribe amount was being paid through several individuals/companies connected to a private company based in Tamil Nadu, which allegedly benefited from the bribery in the bidding process. The agency set a trap and caught Gandhi accepting a bribe of Rs 2 lakh through Chaurasia.
# CBI Conducts Searches in Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab, Seizes Incriminating Documents and Mobile Phones:
Prior to this, searches were conducted at eight locations in Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Punjab, from where various incriminating documents and mobile phones were seized. In the initial probe, the CBI has included the representative of Scale Scale, Ankur Tiwari, Abrol Engineering Private Limited, Kapurthala representative Bikki Kumar, and representative of ASK Power Tech and Asian Cooling System, Tamil Nadu, named Anabayan N.
हाजीपुर से रेलवे अधिकारी समेत तीन लोगों को दो लाख रुपये की रिश्वत मामले में सीबीआई ने गिरफ्तार किया है। इस मामले में रेलवे के एक उप मुख्य सामग्री प्रबंधक और दो अन्य शामिल हैं। सीबीआई की टीम ने बताया कि यह रिश्वत की रकम एक निजी कंपनी के माध्यम से भुगतान की जा रही थी और अवैध रूप से निविदाएं देने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जा रहा था। सीबीआई ने इस मामले में जांच शुरू की है और दो लाख रुपये की रिश्वत लेने वाले लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इससे पहले भी बिहार, झारखंड, महाराष्ट्र, तमिलनाडु और पंजाब में तलाशी ली गई है और कई आपत्तिजनक दस्तावेज और मोबाइल फोन बरामद किए गए हैं।
