Many people from his village are working in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bangalore. The youth are worried about the increasing unemployment due to the shutdown of mines, despite being skilled in iron and copper ore.

The election atmosphere this time is different from the previous ones in 2014 and 2019. Voters are more vocal about their concerns, especially regarding employment. The focus has shifted from national issues to local problems, with unemployment being a major issue. Candidates are now being challenged to address the local issues effectively to gain support from the voters.
Record-Breaking Victory for BJP
If BJP manages to win in this election, Vidhyut Varan Mahato will set a new record. No one has managed to secure a hat-trick of wins from this region so far. Samir Mohanti from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is determined to prevent Mahato from achieving this record. The attention is now on whether BJP can break the streak and secure a victory in the assembly from this area.
