Violent Clash Over Land Dispute in Sheikhpura
In the Puraina village of Korama Thana area in Sheikhpura, a violent clash took place between two parties over a land dispute. Both sides used sticks, rods, and iron rods during the altercation, resulting in 6 people from one side and 5 from the other side being severely injured.
Injured Victims Admitted to Sadar Hospital
The injured individuals were rushed to Sadar Hospital for treatment with the help of local villagers. The victims, identified as Manorama Devi, Rajo Saw, Maya Devi, Arun Saw, Shivani Kumari, and Navin Saw, were admitted to the hospital for immediate medical attention.
Severe Injuries and Referral to Higher Center
Rajo Saw, who was seriously injured in the ongoing land dispute for two years, along with a woman, was referred to a higher center for better treatment by doctors. Arun Saw, one of the injured, revealed that the dispute over a 1.5-acre land between the two families escalated into a violent clash.
Police Investigation and Medical Treatment
All the injured individuals are currently receiving medical treatment at Sadar Hospital in Sheikhpura. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Korama Thana in-charge, along with his team, visited the hospital to investigate the matter. The police have registered a written complaint and are taking further action based on the primary investigation.
