JDU MLC Radhacharan Sah to Appear in Court Today
Patna. JDU Legislative Councilor Radhacharan Sah alias Seth ji (JDU MLC Radhacharan Sah alias Seth ji) will be presented in the MP MLA Court located at Civil Court today. After the appearance at around 11 o’clock, ED will take further action as per the court’s order. Meanwhile, according to information received from ED sources, during the arrest of Radha Charan Sah, a diary has been recovered from the office of his farm house which can reveal big secrets. In the diary, there is mention of money transactions in code words in the form of poetry.
Quoting sources, it is also reported that bags full of money and many documents were found in the farm house of Radha Charan Seth. It has also been learned that Radha Charan Seth started crying bitterly after his arrest. It is being told that JDU MLC, who was in the custody of ED, remained restless the whole night and could not sleep. According to the information received, Radha Charan Sah did not even eat food due to being in need and ill health.
ED sources also told that as soon as Radha Charan Sah was caught by ED on Wednesday night, he said that he was not feeling well, after which the ED team took him under tight security of CRPF and got him medical checkup done. Let us tell you that Radhacharan Seth was arrested on Wednesday night and brought to the ED office in Patna. He was kept in custody in the ED office. During this, ED officials and a large number of security personnel were present.
Accumulation of Wealth through Illegal Sand Business

जेडीयू विधान परिषद सदस्य राधाचरण साह जी (जेडीयू एमएलसी राधाचरण साह जी) आज नागरिक न्यायालय में पेश किए जाएंगे। लगभग 11 बजे के आसपास उपस्थिति के बाद, ईडी कोर्ट के आदेशानुसार आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसी दौरान, ईडी स्रोतों से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, राधाचरण साह की गिरफ्तारी के दौरान उनके फार्महाउस के कार्यालय से एक डायरी बरामद हुई है जो बड़े राज खोल सकती है। इस डायरी में कविता के रूप में कोड शब्दों में धन लेन-देन का उल्लेख है।
स्रोतों के हवाले से बताया जा रहा है कि राधाचरण सेठ के फार्महाउस में पैसे की बग और कई दस्तावेज़ मिले हैं। यह भी जाना गया है कि राधाचरण सेठ की गिरफ्तारी के बाद वे बहुत रोये। बताया जा रहा है कि ईडी की हिरासत में रहने वाले जेडीयू एमएलसी पूरी रात बेचैन रहे और सो नहीं सके। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, राधाचरण साह को जरूरत और बीमारी के कारण खाना भी नहीं खाया।
ईडी स्रोतों ने बताया कि जैसे ही राधाचरण साह को ईडी ने शुक्रवार रात को पकड़ा, उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी तबीयत ठीक नहीं है, जिसके बाद ईडी टीम ने उन्हें सीआरपीएफ की कड़ी सुरक्षा के तहत लेकर उनकी मेडिकल जांच कराई। हम आपको बताना चाहेंगे कि राधाचरण सेठ को शुक्रवार रात को गिरफ्तार किया गया और उन्हें पटना में ईडी कार्यालय ले जाया गया। उन्हें ईडी कार्यालय में हिरासत में रखा गया। इस दौरान, ईडी अधिकारी और बड़ी संख्या में सुरक्षा कर्मियों की उपस्थिति थी।
पहले, राधाचरण साह अपनी पूर्वजों की दुकान के पास अर्रा रेलवे स्थान पर जलेबी बेचते थे। लेकिन बिहार की रेत नीति ने राधाचरण शाह का भाग्य बदल दिया। जेडीयू एमएलसी के खिलाफ बिलियनों के अवैध रेत व्यापार से धन की जमा करने का आरोप है। जेडीयू एमएलसी राधाचरण साह को 200 करोड़ से अधिक कर अपराध मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया है। इसके अलावा, ईडी ने उनके 60 बैंक खातों को जब्त कर दिया है।
