Patna, the capital city of Bihar, has experienced extremely cold weather conditions with temperatures dropping to as low as 13.5 degrees Celsius on Sunday. The minimum temperature recorded in Patna was 11.9 degrees Celsius. Similar cold weather conditions were also observed in Muzaffarpur and Vaishali. In many districts of Bihar, the difference between the minimum and maximum temperatures was only between one to three degrees. Severe cold wave conditions were observed in these areas.
