Begusarai once again witnessed the havoc of high-speed accidents. In an unfortunate incident, a college student lost her life after being hit by an unidentified vehicle. The incident took place in Sahibpur Kamal Thana area on NH-31.
According to the information, the deceased student has been identified as Nisha Kumari, daughter of Shatrughan Kumar, residing in Madhepura district’s Puraini Bazaar. The police have taken the body into custody for postmortem and are further investigating the case. It is said that Nisha Kumari was pursuing her honors in Biology at SM College in Bhagalpur and had traveled to Begusarai on Tuesday with a friend on a bike to appear for an exam. However, on their way back, they met with an accident with an unidentified vehicle, resulting in Nisha Kumari’s death. Her companion was also seriously injured and is currently being treated at a private nursing home. Nisha Kumari’s father has urged the police to investigate the matter and bring it to light.
Meanwhile, according to the police, the honors student from Bhagalpur’s renowned SM College had come to Begusarai to appear for an exam with a friend on a bike and tragically lost her life on the way back. Her father has requested an investigation into the incident and the cause from the Bihar Police.
