The construction company, Shail Construction, was building the bridge in the Banka Bazaar police station area at a cost of two crore rupees. On Sunday night, armed Naxalites attacked the construction company, kidnapping a guard and two clerks and demanding information about the expenses incurred in the bridge construction.
