In Begusarai, Bihar, a couple was brutally beaten by a group of thugs. The husband and wife sustained serious injuries and are currently undergoing treatment at the Sadar Hospital in Begusarai. The incident took place in the Begumsarai area of the Bakhwar police station. The victims have been identified as Surendra Yadav and his wife, residents of Begumsarai.
According to their son, Divakar Kumar, the incident occurred five days ago when they were attacked while trying to irrigate their field with water. Surendra Yadav had previously filed a complaint against his uncle, Fuleena Yadav, for assaulting him. Despite this, Fuleena Yadav continued to harass them and on Tuesday night, when Surendra Yadav and his wife were returning home from a temple, they were surrounded by Fuleena Yadav and his accomplices. They were then brutally beaten with iron rods.
The couple was beaten so severely that they were left in a critical condition. Surendra Yadav’s wife tried to intervene to save him but she was also brutally attacked and sustained serious injuries. They were then rushed to the Sadar Hospital in Begusarai for treatment, where their condition remains critical.
According to their son, the accused is known for his aggressive behavior and has a history of using foul language and making death threats. The victims’ family has filed another complaint against Fuleena Yadav at the Bakhwar police station. The police are currently investigating the matter and taking appropriate action.
