Violent Incident in Lakhisarai
In Lakhisarai, criminals shot two women in a dispute, resulting in one woman dying on the spot. The other woman was admitted to Lakhisarai Sadar Hospital, where she is undergoing treatment. The deceased woman has been identified as Basanti Devi (25), wife of Lalu Yadav. The injured woman has been identified as Lachho Devi (70), wife of Ramji Yadav. The incident took place in the Dharmaraychak Mohalla of the Nagar Thana area.
Police Investigation
Upon receiving information about the incident, SP Pankaj Kumar and SDPO Shivam Kumar reached the scene to investigate the matter. The police arrived at the scene immediately. Three days prior to this incident, a newborn baby was shot. SP Pankaj Kumar mentioned that there has been an ongoing dispute between Abadh Yadav and Ashok Saw since 2022.
History of Violence
Three days ago, members of Ashok Saw’s group attacked Abadh Yadav’s house and shot a three-month-old newborn, injuring him. The next day, a young man was also assaulted. On Saturday morning, Ashok Saw, along with his brothers, fired at the relatives of Avadh Yadav, Jeeto Yadav, killing two women and injuring one. SP Pankaj Kumar stated that an SIT team has been formed under the leadership of SDPO Shivam Kumar to arrest all the culprits soon.
