The sudden drop in temperature and increased cold is also being observed due to the rain and wind. The impact of cyclone Michung has caused clouds to gather in many districts of Bihar for the past two days, resulting in light to moderate rainfall since last night. As a result, there is also a decrease in temperature, with a possibility of a further drop of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature in the next 48 hours, leading to increased cold.

The impact of cyclone Michung is expected to result in moderate to heavy rainfall in some places in the north-west and south-east parts of Bihar. 10 cities of Bihar have experienced the special effects of the cyclone Michung, including East Champaran, West Champaran, Siwan, Gopalganj, Bhagalpur, Munger, Banka, Patna, Muzaffarpur, and Jamui. All districts of the state are experiencing a significant decrease in temperature.

Light rainfall has been occurring in most districts of Bihar since morning. It is expected to remain cloudy in all districts of the state today, along with a possibility of increased cold. In Fatehpur in Gaya district, 8 millimeters of rainfall has been recorded, while in Aurangabad, 6.2 millimeters, and in Nawada, 4.4 millimeters of rainfall has been recorded. Arwal, Nalanda, Nawada, Aurangabad, Jehanabad, Rohtas, and Begusarai have been experiencing light rainfall and moderate winds.
Rainfall in South Bihar

The capital city of Patna is also expected to experience a decrease in temperature along with light rainfall throughout the day. The maximum temperature in Muzaffarpur is between 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is 16-18 degrees Celsius.
