Abhinav Kumar, a resident of Darbhanga, is delighted as the construction of Darbhanga AIIMS is underway. The Bihar government had provided land to the central government for the construction of AIIMS after several proposals were approved. The department has already taken action, including removing the high tension wire passing near the construction site and filling the road leading to AIIMS with soil. The locals believe that the construction of AIIMS and the improvement of the surrounding areas will bring progress to the region.

Path Pramandal Darbhanga’s Executive Engineer, Veerendra Kumar Singh, provides specific information about the current state of Shobhan Bypass Road, stating that it is currently 60 meters wide. A new proposal for AIIMS has been received from the Bihar government, which is adjacent to Shobhan Bypass. In light of this and the instructions of the district magistrate, the Path Pramandal Darbhanga has submitted a feasibility report to the department for transforming it into a four-lane road. The department is currently undergoing the necessary procedures. Along with AIIMS, a four-lane road will also be constructed, benefiting the residents of the district.

The current two-lane road will be expanded and converted into a four-lane road. The locals believe that this development, along with the construction of AIIMS, will be a better route for the development of the area. After many years, this sudden development will bring progress to the region. The surrounding areas are also enthusiastic and happy about this development. This will not only benefit Darbhanga but also neighboring countries like Nepal in northern Bihar.
