Discovery of Body in Dhobaha Market

The body of a young man who left his home a day earlier was found in Dhobaha Bazaar in the Dhobaha police station area of Bhojpur. The body was discovered in his old shop located in Dhobaha Bazaar on Tuesday. The deceased’s father, Ajay Kumar Gupta, mentioned that he had left home on Monday afternoon and did not return.

Witness Account of the Discovery

A young man from the village stated that he noticed a foul smell coming from the old house and informed the local police station. Upon arriving at the scene, they found the shutter open and the main gate locked from the outside. Upon breaking the lock, they found the deceased in a critical condition with bandages tied around his belt.

Post-Mortem and Investigation

The police took the body into custody and conducted a post-mortem at the district hospital. The cause of death remains unclear, and the deceased’s father, Ajay Kumar Gupta, mentioned that they are awaiting the post-mortem report for clarity. The police are investigating the case further to determine the exact cause of death.

Family Background and Wedding Details

The deceased, Chandan, ranked third among his three brothers and two sisters. He got married in Varanasi on January 21 this year. His family includes his mother, Parvati Devi, wife Sonam Verma, three sisters ★Khushbu Devi, Sonam Devi, Shresthi Kumari, and a brother, Om Sagar. The family is waiting for answers regarding Chandan’s sudden demise.
