Body of a young man named Neetish Kumar was found near a canal in the Nalanda district of Bihar. Neetish Kumar was identified as the son of deceased Jayaram Prasad, a resident of Ramnagar village in the Silao police station area. The cause of his death is still unknown.

According to the relatives, Neetish Kumar had gone to Khandah village on Monday night for some work related to farming. When people went for a morning walk, they found his body lying near the canal. His family was informed about the incident. The exact cause of his death is yet to be determined.

After receiving information about the incident, local residents gathered at the scene. They demanded compensation and action, causing a traffic jam on the Bihar Sharif Rajgir main road near Ramnagar village. Neetish Kumar used to work as a driver at a private school. The incident has caused distress among his family members.

Upon receiving the information about the traffic jam, the BDO Uday Kumar, CO Shambhu Mandal, and SHO Rakesh Kumar Dalbal reached the scene. They assured compensation to the deceased’s family and the villagers and cleared the traffic jam. The body was taken into custody and sent to Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital for postmortem.

The SHO Rakesh Kumar informed that it appears that the death occurred due to the cold weather. Further investigation will be carried out upon receiving an application. There are no signs of any injuries on the body. The police are currently investigating the case and the cause of death will be revealed after the postmortem report.
