Six drug traffickers have been arrested in Patna for smuggling marijuana, revealing a larger operation linked to a gang leader.

Recently, police in Patna arrested six people involved in a marijuana smuggling operation. They were caught while trying to transport drugs from northeastern states to Delhi, using Patna as a transit point.

The suspects, including Vikky Kumar Jaiswal, were found with about 120 kilograms of marijuana and luxury cars. They had set up a base in an apartment in Ashok Nagar, which was raided by the police after gathering information.

Authorities discovered that the gang had been operating for over a year, using trains to bring marijuana to Patna. From there, they transported the drugs to cities like Varanasi and Delhi in luxury cars, trying to avoid detection.

During the operation, police seized around 85 kilograms of marijuana and arrested the gang leader, Vikky Kumar. They also recovered mobile phones and other equipment used in the operation.

Now, the police are searching for Vikky’s brother, Ricky, who is still at large. The investigation continues as authorities aim to dismantle the entire trafficking network.
