**Accident in Nalanda, Youth’s Death**
A tragic road accident in Nalanda resulted in the death of a young man. The incident occurred in the Nagar Nausa market area under the Nagar Nausa police station. The deceased has been identified as Sumit Kumar (25), son of Anil Ram from Nagar Nausa village. Relatives reached Bihar Sharif Sadar Hospital with the help of the police for post-mortem on Monday morning. Doctors declared him dead upon arrival at the hospital.
**Weather Alert in Bihar**
The weather in Bihar is expected to change again, as the weather department has issued an alert. The Meteorological Department believes that there could be rain in several districts of Bihar on 20th and 21st February. Therefore, the weather department has already indicated the possibility of rain in several districts of Bihar. The weather bulletin stated that the state’s weather remained dry over the past 24 hours.
**Budget Debate in Bihar Assembly**
After the holidays, the budget session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly is commencing again. BJP leader Nand Kishor Yadav will preside over the proceedings for the first time.
