It is a relationship that not only supports you without any ulterior motive but also helps improve your financial situation. Dinesh Sharma, a resident of Sambalpur in Vaishali district of Bihar, shared a business trick with his friend Ramesh Singh. This trick completely changed Ramesh Singh’s life.

In fact, it was Dinesh Sharma who gave Ramesh Singh the idea of poultry farming. Upon his friend’s suggestion, Ramesh Singh started a poultry farm. Currently, he is rearing 18,000 chickens and earning a substantial income annually. Today, Ramesh Singh is being recognized as a successful businessman.

Started poultry farming on a friend’s suggestion, Ramesh Singh revealed that during a visit to Vaishali in 2020, he had a conversation with his friend Dinesh Sharma about a business opportunity that could generate a good income. It was during this conversation that his friend suggested poultry farming. Impressed by the income potential, Ramesh Singh returned to Vaishali and started his farm with 500 chickens that year. As the profits started rolling in, he expanded the business. Now, he is rearing 18,000 chickens.

Chicken coops have been set up in 11 locations in the village for rearing these chickens. In addition, they are collaborating with a partner to operate farms in Gadhpura, Bakhri, Navkothi, Barauni, and other blocks. Ramesh Singh has also provided employment to the youth of 50 households in Bikrampur Panchayat by offering them good salaries in his farm. In fact, he has been the head of Bikrampur Panchayat for the past 3 years. The villagers believe that it is through poultry farming that Ramesh Singh has made a name for himself. This is why he has become the most voted head of the district.

Annual turnover of about 1 crore, Ramesh Singh, the head of the Panchayat, explained that poultry farming requires certain precautions. Special attention must be given to cleanliness. It is necessary to provide medication, feed, and water on time. Currently, he is rearing 18,000 chickens. Additionally, the expenses for feed, chicks, and labor amount to around 50 lakhs annually. There are 60 laborers involved in rearing the 18,000 chickens. Their job is to oversee the care of the chickens.

Ramesh Singh revealed that the annual turnover of the poultry farming business is around 1 crore. However, when it comes to profits, half of it is saved. He also mentioned that anyone interested in poultry farming can rear broiler chickens. These chickens are ready in 45 days and are sold at double the price.
