प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया है कि भ्रष्टाचार के बड़े मामलों में अनुसंधान के क्रम में हुए खुलासे को लेकर राज्य सरकार व पुलिस को अवगत कराया गया था लेकिन कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया गया। इससे साफ होता है कि सरकार भ्रष्टाचार के मामले में कार्रवाई करने में सक्षम नहीं है और इसे लेकर गंभीरता से लेना चाहिए।
