Shivhar: The Talk of the Town
Bihar’s smallest district, Shivhar, has become the center of discussion in this election. Located in the Tirhut region, this district was previously part of Muzaffarpur and then Sitamarhi district. It shares its borders with Sitamarhi, East Champaran, and Muzaffarpur. Shivhar is in the spotlight this time because on one hand, the former MP and Bahubali Anand Mohan’s wife, Lovely Anand, and on the other hand, the National Janata Dal candidate Ritu Jayaswal are contesting from here. Lovely Anand is trying her luck on the JDU ticket this time. There is a direct competition between two female candidates on this seat.
