ED Investigation Reveals Shocking Details
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is uncovering new revelations every day in the tender commission scam in the Rural Development Department. The evidence presented by the ED in court is staggering, with mentions of coded words for money transactions and commissions in bags of different colors.
Remand Extended for Minister Alamgir Alam
After the end of Minister Alamgir Alam’s remand period, the ED presented him in a special court on Wednesday. During this hearing, the ED submitted a diary containing details of commission payments. The investigation agency has also summoned former IAS officer Manish Ranjan for questioning on May 24th.
Allegations Against Manish Ranjan
Manish Ranjan, currently serving in the Revenue, Roads, and Building Construction Department, has been summoned by the ED for questioning in the Rural Development Department scam. His name has come up in connection with a major corruption scandal involving tender commissions.
Minister Alamgir Alam’s Remand Extended
Minister Alamgir Alam has been sent on a five-day remand by the court in the tender commission scam case. The next hearing is scheduled for May 28th. The court had previously sent Minister Alam on a five-day remand, and during the recent court appearance, the ED requested an extension for further questioning.
ग्रामीण विकास विभाग में हुए टेंडर कमीशन घोटाले में ईडी हर दिन कई नए खुलासे कर रही है। ईडी ने अदालत में कई नए सबूत पेश किए हैं। पेश किए गए सबूत में ईडी ने जो जानकारी साझा की है, वह चौंकाने वाले हैं। ईडी ने जो हलफनामा दायर किया है, उसमें कहा है कि यह घोटाला 3000 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक है। ईडी ने कोर्ट में जो सबूत पेश किए हैं, उनमें पैसों के लेन-देन में कोड वर्ड का जिक्र है। दरअसल, मंत्री आलमगीर आलम की रिमांड अवधि खत्म होने के बाद ईडी ने बुधवार को उन्हें पीएमएलए की विशेष अदालत में पेश किया गया। जहां रिमांड 5 दिन के लिए बढ़ा दी गई। इसी पेशी के दौरान ईडी ने एक डायरी का पन्ना कोर्ट को सौंपा है। इस डायरी के पन्ने में कमीशनशखोरी का सारा हिसाब-किताब है। इसी बीच जांच एजेंसी ने अब प्रामीण विकास निधार के पूर्व सचिन आईएएस अधिकारी मनीष रंजन को समन जारी किया है। उन्हें 24 मई को पूछताछ के लिए ईडी ऑफिस बुलाया है। इसे भी पढ़ें….5 दिन की ED रिमांड पर मंत्री आलमगीर आलम:पूछताछ में PS बोला★92 करोड़ का टेंडर, मंत्री को 1.23 करोड़ कमीशन जाता थाटेंडर घोटाला मामले में मंत्री आलमगीर आलम को कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर पांच दिनों की ED रिमांड पर भेज दिया है। मामले की अगली सुनवाई पर 28 मई को होगी। दरअसल, मंत्री आलमगीर आलम की आज रिमांड खत्म हो रही है। इसे लेकर उन्हें ED की स्पेशल कोर्ट में पेश किया गया। कोर्ट में पेशी के दौरान ED ने पूछताछ के लिए फिर से रिमांड देने की मांग की थी। जिसके बाद कोर्ट ने पूछताछ के लिए 27 मई तक समय दिया।
