Munna Sah used to work as a cook in a restaurant in Delhi, which is why he has exceptional culinary skills. The taste of his egg curry is so amazing that people keep flocking to his stall from morning till evening.

80 Rupees for a Plate of Anda Curry and Rice

Munna Sah offers three pieces of egg and rice in a plate for just 80 rupees. He also serves six pieces of roti and three pieces of egg for the same price. The taste of Munna Sah’s egg curry is so irresistible that once people try it, they keep coming back to his stall. His stall remains open from 8 am to 8 pm, and he sells around 500 plates of Anda Curry and Anda Roti every day.

From Restaurant Cook to Successful Stall Owner

Munna Sah used to work as a cook in a restaurant in Delhi. However, when the restaurant closed down during the pandemic, he returned to his hometown Hajipur. A friend suggested him to sell vegetables, but he didn’t enjoy that work. So, he decided to set up a small stall in Rajendra Chowk and started selling Anda Curry and Rice. Initially, he faced some difficulties, but as people started loving the taste of his food, he gained a loyal customer base. Now, he sells around 500 plates of Anda Curry and Rice and Anda Roti every day.

राजकुमार सिंह, जिन्हें वैशाली रजेंद्र चौक में मुन्ना साह के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, हाजीपुर के लोगों को अंडा करी और चावल खिलाने में महारत हासिल कर चुके हैं। मुन्ना पहले दिल्ली में रसोइया के काम करते थे, लेकिन कोरोना काल के बाद उन्हें अपने घर लौटना पड़ा। फिर उन्होंने अंडा करी और चावल बेचने का ठेला लगाया है और अब उनके स्टॉल पर रात तक लोग खाना खरीदने के लिए लगे रहते हैं। मुन्ना रोज़ाना 500 प्लेट अंडा करी और चावल खाने वालों को खिलाते हैं और उनकी प्राइज़ भी काफ़ी सस्ती होती है।
