In Darbhanga district of Bihar, the Panchayat Shiksha Niyojan unit has terminated the service of teacher Shyama Devi, who was working based on a fake certificate in Navtolia Primary School. It is reported that the accused teacher had been working for almost two years after obtaining the job based on a fake Inter certificate. The revelation came when information was sought under the Right to Information (RTI) Act by the Panchayat unit. After sharing the information obtained through the RTI with the Bihar School Examination Committee, the accused teacher’s Inter certificate was declared fake and her service was terminated.
According to the information, the said teacher was posted in Navtolia village in Alinagar block. Shyama Devi had been serving in her position since February 2022. The action against the teacher was taken by the Panchayat Shiksha Niyojan unit along with the village Panchayat Raj Har Singhpur. The issued letter stated that in the report obtained under the Right to Information, Janata Koshi Mahavidyalaya and Bihar School Examination Committee declared the accused teacher’s Inter certificate as fake. Under this order, the Panchayat Shiksha Niyojan unit, along with the village Panchayat Raj Har Singhpur, informed the District Education Officer.
In this regard, the Block Education Officer of Alinagar had instructed the Niyojan unit to take action against the accused teacher. As soon as this letter was received, the Panchayat Shiksha Niyojan Committee terminated the teacher’s service.
दरभंगा जिले के अलीनगर प्रखंड में एक शिक्षिका ने फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर नौकरी हासिल की थी, जिसकी जानकारी आरटीआई से मांगी गई। जानकारी के मुताबिक, उसे दो साल से ड्यूटी कराई जा रही थी, लेकिन जब यह जानकारी सामने आई तो पंचायत शिक्षक नियोजन इकाई ने उसकी सेवा समाप्त कर दी। इसके बाद बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति ने उसके प्रमाण पत्र को फर्जी घोषित कर दिया। प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी ने नियोजन इकाई को इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया और उसकी सेवा समाप्त कर दी गई।
