Youth shot dead by criminals, relatives mourn

Victim identified as Gopal Sahni
The deceased has been identified as Gopal Sahni, a resident of Rajaura Ward-3 in Sahibpur Kamal police station area. Relatives revealed that Gopal was fishing in the pond when the criminal arrived, tried to steal the fish, and demanded ransom. When Gopal resisted, the criminal shot him. The accused is known to be a notorious criminal in the area.
